Our Refund Policy
We DO NOT provide any refunds or returns for all our products. However, if there is a defect with the product, please follow the instructions below. We do not provide refunds for preorders but we do accept a change of design or case. Refunds (if applicable) To be eligible for a return or refund due to a defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return must be made within 3 days. Preorders (if applicable). Depending on the timing of our shipment from Wildflower Cases, all preorders have a waiting time of 2 months. We are able to provide exchanges but unable to provide refunds for preorders that have been made within 2 months. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to you in terms of store credit. If tracking states your package has been delivered we will NOT be able to offer a refund. If the mailing company claims package is delivered you will need to contact your local post office and file a claim.
